  • Bespoke programme: Open-ended highly individualised and tailored to the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of the client where we offer:

    Personalised Attention: I work exclusively with the client, providing tailored advice and strategies to address the client's unique challenges and objectives.

    Customised Coaching Plan: An initial assessment to understand the client’s goals, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

    Regular Sessions: Scheduled one-on-one sessions (e.g. bi-weekly / monthly) typically conducted via video conferencing, or in-person (depending on location)

Group coaching can be beneficial for individuals who want to achieve personal or professional goals while also gaining insights from peers.

  • Group Dynamics: sessions are conducted with a small to medium-sized group of participants and regularly scheduled in-person or via online platforms.
